Trevejo is a small village in Sierra de Gata, with less than a dozen inhabitants, which has almost miraculously maintained its unchanged physiognomy of medieval village over the centuries. It maintains its vernacular architecture, its genuine image and its secular beauty without these have been altered by elements that distort it, and that makes it a real jewel of northern Extremadura, which has been registered as an Asset of Cultural Interest in the category of Historical Center.
