Miranda del Castañar is located at the confluence of two rivers (Alagón and Francia), proudly standing on a hill watching the life that happens around it. The old castle presides over the walled enclosure that hosts shields, alleys, arches and carved stones that enclose neighborhood secrets and reveal their stories to curious travelers.
