Vilanova dos Infantes is a medieval treasure stopped in time in the heart of Ourense. Strolling through its cobbled streets is to travel directly to medieval times. The Torre del Homenaje, a vestige of the ancient castle that dominated the area since the tenth century, is today a living museum of the history of this nucleus that is characterized by being a land of "zapateiros" and musicians. They are the protagonists of the museum collection of the tower, as well as the Interpretation Center of the Shoemakers that can be visited in the Cave of San Vivián.
