Auditori d'Alcúdia The auditorium of Alcúdia is a clear example of symbiosis between modernity and tradition. This building was inaugurated in the year 2000 and is shown as a balcony to the medieval city, from which we can observe the Gate of Mallorca or Sant Sebastià that invites us to enter. It has been a major challenge for a city that believes in culture as the basis of human and social development and has a tradition marked by its history and heritage, which has to give way to new generations yet to come. We can say that it is par excellence the emblem of contemporaneity, the building offers simplicity of forms and purity of materials (glass, concrete, wood, stainless steel). The Auditorium of Alcúdia, is a multipurpose building that is at the service of citizens and visitors to enjoy the culture. It is characterized by having a stable program throughout the year of performing arts and music and is the headquarters of the Municipal School of Music of Alcúdia. The cultural offer in performing arts and music is wide, this space allows programming all kinds of cultural events: classical music, circus, jazz, theater, dance, film, audiovisual .... We also believe it is important to highlight its work to stay close to all citizens without exclusion and highlight their work in favor of fragile groups, so we can find an extensive program of concerts and performances of solidarity.
