28TH EDITION OF MEDIEVAL AYLLON

The Medieval Ayllón is a craft fair and market that transforms the streets of Ayllón into an authentic journey back to the Middle Ages. For several days, numerous artisans and traditional stalls fill the town with a medieval atmosphere, accompanied by shows, concerts, street theater, and activities for all ages.

One of the most iconic and eagerly anticipated moments is enjoying the traditional pork sandwich in the evening, which has become one of the hallmarks of the celebration.
