Fuente de la Salud

The Fuente de la Salud is a small natural spring or mineral-medicinal upwelling located in Sepúlveda, in the province of Segovia, east of the Santa Cruz neighborhood and in the surroundings of the Duratón river valley. It is interpreted as an upwelling linked to a karst aquifer, which explains its geological and hydrogeological interest, as well as its cultural and ethnographic value. The area is part of the landscape area linked to the natural park of the Hoces del Río Duratón, an environment of high environmental and tourist value in which Sepúlveda acts as a gateway and reference center.
