The old town of Yanguas, with its narrow streets, buildings of ashlar, masonry, mud and wooden entra-mados, is a living testimony of its medieval history. The emblazoned manor houses, the Plaza Mayor, the old laundry and the 18th century Town Hall make up a monumental ensemble declared a Historic-Artistic Site in 1993.
