La Corredera Viewpoint: From the La Corredera viewpoint, you can see the inland part of La Janda surrounded by green countryside, as well as towns such as Medina Sidonia and Alcalá de los Gazules. El Santo Viewpoint: From the El Santo viewpoint—one of the highest points in Vejer—you can see the town’s coastline, El Palmar Beach, Conil, and rural villages such as Santa Lucía and La Muela. You can also see Vejer’s historic center, as well as part of the newer part of town. Paseo de las Cobijadas Viewpoint: Located in Vejer’s historic center, on clear days you can see the African continent, the beaches of Zahara de los Atunes and Barbate, the Barbate marshes, and even the Natural Park. La Cobijada Viewpoint: Next to the Cobijada monument is the viewpoint, from which you can enjoy a great panoramic view of the modern part of Vejer—a perspective opposite that of the Nelson Mandela Plaza viewpoint. Nelson Mandela Viewpoint: From here, you can enjoy one of the best views of the old town, as well as the town’s various monuments of interest; it is one of the newest viewpoints in the area. Rincón de Lectura Viewpoint: The newest viewpoint open to visitors, offering views of Vejer’s historic center—privileged vistas that you can enjoy while sitting on one of the benches and reading a book.
