The feast of St. John in Trevejo recovers the San Juan tradition of the ancient Order of the Hospitallers, forgotten after losing the municipal entity. Thanks to an ethnographic study on local customs and history, in June 2023 it was celebrated for the first time with great success. Neighbors and visitors enjoy rituals with aromatic herbs, purifying water and infusions. Fire, legends and nature merge in a unique experience that seems to be here to stay.
