Gastronomy that makes you fall in love · Trevejo
MULTIEXPERIENCIA
The landscapes surrounding Trevejo are marked by olive groves, vineyards, chestnut and oak trees. From them are born unique products such as Antier and Trasantier wines, produced in the Sierra, and Valdejara honey. Many neighbors produce their own oil, although the oil from Hacienda Nava del Rey, available in the bar El Buen Avío, is also outstanding. The typical sweet is the caña, a cream-filled puff pastry that is sold on Sundays or during festivals. The women of the town make them for the offerings of the Cristo de la Salud in May and September.
