Llastres had a fortress known as El Castillo, once equipped with 6 cannons to defend us in times of war, its disuse caused them to collapse down the slope on the dock, they came to be used in the reconstruction of the old port, placing them vertically on the walls for mooring boats. With the expansion of the port two of these cannons were recovered and placed on wooden carts on the breakwater of the port, from there you can see the town of LLastres and our bay at sea level.
