Alto Portal · Linares de Mora

It is one of the three historic gates that remain from the town’s old walled enclosure. It is located in the upper part of the historic district and connects the town with the old Hospital neighborhood. Overall, the Portal Alto is a fine example of how, in Linares de Mora, the old defensive structures have been integrated with the homes and streets of the medieval old town, creating one of the town’s most distinctive spots.
