Regueral Ravine

Escobón Pine

The Pino del Escobón is a singular and monumental tree in Linares de Mora, in the province of Teruel, located next to the Linares River, in an environment of mountain pine forest and riparian forest of the Sierra de Gúdar. It is a specimen of laricio pine (Pinus nigra subsp. salzmannii), cited by local and tourist sources as one of the most outstanding in Aragon for its size and longevity. The references consulted describe it as being more than 400 years old and around 28-29 meters high, with a very thick trunk and a base protected by a circular wall. Its natural interest lies in the combination of size, age and good crown shape, rare features in a mountain tree of this type. Linares River

Linares River

The Linares River is a natural river course that crosses the municipality of Linares de Mora, in the Gúdar-Javalambre mountain range, and forms the backbone of the valley where the town center is located, in an environment of medium and high mountains at an altitude of over 1,300 meters above sea level.
