Historical Complex · Grazalema

Grazalema sits in a narrow and lush valley, following the source of the Guadalete River, on the northern slope of the Sierra del Endrinal. Its urban center, declared a Historic Site, has a layout adapted to a steep slope of more than 80 meters between ends. At 830 m altitude, the mountainous environment and traditional white architecture, cobbled streets and whitewashed houses with gabled roofs, give it a unique charm that preserves the essence of Andalusian urbanism in the Sierra de Cadiz.
