The Uxama Archaeological Center is a museum or interpretation center located in El Burgo de Osma (Soria), at the foot of the Uxama Argaela archaeological site, in the Alto del Castro area and next to the Ucero River. Its purpose is to introduce visitors to the history of this archaeological site and serve as a prelude to a tour of the Uxama complex, one of the most significant archaeological sites in Celtiberia. Through panels, models, recreated environments, and audiovisual resources, the space presents the evolution of the Uxama settlement from its Arevaci or Celtiberian origins through the Roman period to the medieval era. It also features a reconstruction of a Roman dwelling and a virtual theater that recreates scenes of daily life in the Roman city. Uxama was a Celtiberian-Roman city of great strategic importance, situated on a hill that dominated the surrounding territory and the passes through the valley. Historical sources indicate that the Roman city developed on top of the ancient Arevaci settlement and that the archaeological complex was destroyed and rebuilt during various historical periods. The exhibition hall is part of El Burgo de Osma’s municipal cultural offerings and complements a visit to the archaeological site itself and the Antiqua Osma interpretive space, located in the former Hospital de San Agustín. Its primary focus is educational and archaeological, as it brings together in a single resource the historical legacy of Uxama and its regional context.

The Cathedral of Our Lady of the Assumption is the cathedral of El Burgo de Osma, in the province of Soria, and the town’s principal religious monument. The Ermita de la Magdalena is a small rural sanctuary located in the high surroundings of El Burgo de Osma, in the province of Soria, at an altitude of about 950 meters.
