MULTIEXPERIENCIA
The House-Museum Pedro Antonio de Alarcón, inaugurated in 1972 and restored in 2013, pays tribute to the famous writer from Accija, author of "La Alpujarra. Sixty leagues on horseback preceded by six by stagecoach". Located in an old mansion owned by the municipality, this house also houses the Museum of Popular Arts and Customs, where objects that reflect the traditional way of life of the region are exhibited. The building is also a valuable example of popular Alpujarran architecture, preserving its original essence between wooden beams and whitewashed walls.
