Santa Anna Oratory · Alcúdia

MULTIEXPERIENCIA

About 400 meters southeast of Alcúdia stands the Oratory of Santa Anna, a thirteenth-century building with a single floor, gable roof and supported by three Gothic arches. Dedicated to Santa Ana and San Joaquín, it stands out for its sobriety. Over its entrance there is a Gothic canopy and a pedestal that housed an image of the Virgin of the Good News, currently under restoration. It has undergone several reforms, the first recorded in 1733 and the last in 1980. Its original altarpieces and triptychs are kept in the Parish Museum.
