Living nativity scenes

The nativity scene performed by the residents themselves in the streets and squares of the old town.

In a living nativity, the residents themselves bring the scenes of the birth of Jesus to life: shepherds, craftsmen, washerwomen, bakers, Romans and the Holy Family, spread through streets, courtyards and squares.

The historic stone centres are the perfect setting. Visitors walk through the village as if they were entering the nativity scene itself, often with traditional trades at work and local products to taste.
