Heritage

Santa María la Mayor Collegiate Church and Castle
An ancient 9th-century Moorish castle that was conquered in 1067; an early Romanesque church was built on the site—part of whose cloister remains—and later expanded in the Gothic style. The cloister has a second floor that houses a museum of sacred art. The current church is in the late Aragonese Gothic style (16th century).

Casa Fabián Ethnological Museum
A museum of ethnography and tradition located in the town of Alquézar, housed in a 17th-century Aragonese home, beneath whose foundations lies an oil mill carved into the rock. It houses some 300 artifacts related to various agricultural tasks, household activities, and olive oil production—all labeled in Fabla (Aragonese).

Chapel of Our Lady of the Snows
A small 17th-century chapel with a single nave, covered by a star-shaped ribbed vault.
