Villanueva de los Infantes receives the plaque certifying it as a Tourist Municipality of Castilla-La Mancha

It took place during the official opening ceremony of the Ruta de los Patios, on October 9, which concluded with the presentation of the plaque certifying Villanueva de los Infantes as a Tourist Municipality of Castilla-La Mancha, that Mayor Carmen María Montalbán received the award from the provincial delegate.

Montalbán emphasized that this distinction marks the culmination of work that began more than a year ago and expressed special thanks to the staff at the Tourism Office for the time and dedication they devoted to preparing reports and completing the necessary paperwork. She also noted that “it is the result of the efforts of an entire town, of the associations that promote cultural activities, and of the residents who participate in the events and help keep this tradition alive.”
