Grant Program for Equipment Replacement in the Hospitality Industry

The Secretary of State for Tourism is launching a new aid program for the hospitality sector, with the primary goal of upgrading equipment and reducing energy costs.

The aid is governed by Royal Decree 638/2026, dated July 29, 2026, and is an emergency plan for the replacement of household appliances or industrial hospitality equipment, as well as the replacement of air conditioning units, awnings, and umbrellas with more energy-efficient alternatives.

The deadline for submitting applications is September 30, 2026.
