Nuevo Baztán will once again celebrate one of the most important dates in its history. To mark the 303rd anniversary of the founding of Nuevo Baztán, the town is preparing to host the “Fiestas de la Fundación” during the second weekend of October—a celebration that will fill our Historic District with activity and a lively atmosphere.
Before presenting the final program for these festivities, the Nuevo Baztán City Council’s Department of Tourism is inviting artisans, creators, and exhibitors interested in participating in one of the scheduled events: a new edition of the “Mercado de Palacio.”
On October 10, 11, and 12, the gardens located across from the Juan de Goyeneche Palace will once again become a space dedicated to crafts, creativity, and handmade products.
The Palacio Market will be one of the highlights of that celebratory weekend and will allow residents and visitors alike to enjoy an event that combines craftsmanship, creativity, and heritage in one of Nuevo Baztán’s most iconic settings.
If you’re an artisan, creator, or exhibitor and would like to be part of the Palacio Market, participating is very simple.
