Llerena is strengthening its commitment to culinary tourism, and with the goal of revitalizing and boosting the local economy, Gastrofestival has been launched—an event designed to showcase Spain’s culinary culture and traditions, which is set to become an annual tradition.

In collaboration with the local restaurant association and Heineken, the first edition will take place on July 24 and 25 at Cieza de León Park.

At the first edition of Gastrofestival, “Notas y Sabores de Andalucía” will offer an enticing culinary journey through the eight provinces of Andalusia. The eight participating establishments will prepare a selection of tapas inspired by the culinary traditions of each province. Each establishment will represent one province.
