The Our Lady of Mercy Parish in Alpuente receives a grant for the restoration of its bell tower

The Our Lady of Mercy Parish, located in the municipality of Alpuente, has

announced with great satisfaction that it has received a significant grant from the Valencian Regional Government. This grant is part of the “Plan Restaura,” an initiative dedicated to preserving the architectural and cultural heritage of the Valencian Community.

The total amount of the grant, totaling 106,067.52 euros, will be allocated

entirely toward carrying out the necessary restoration and maintenance work on the church’s bell tower. This structure, a fundamental part of Alpuente’s historical heritage, requires specific interventions to ensure its long-term preservation and safety.

The Our Lady of Mercy Parish has expressed its deep
