Genalguacil Joins the Southern Branch of the "Most Beautiful Towns in Spain" Network

There are times to travel through our villages and others to sit together and reflect on everything that lies ahead. This Friday, Genalguacil, in Málaga, hosted the Asamblea Regional Sur de Los Pueblos Más Bonitos de España, a meeting to share experiences, put ideas on the table, and continue building the future of the network together.

A day to talk about the villages and what is to come
The assembly served to take stock of the last few months, share the concerns and experiences of the municipalities, and prepare some of the most important projects we have ahead of us. Because behind every initiative of the network, there are many conversations, ideas, and villages working together.
Preparing for the National Assembly in Alcúdia
One of the main topics of the meeting was the upcoming Asamblea Nacional de Los Pueblos Más Bonitos de España, which will bring the entire network together in Alcúdia, from October 23rd to 25th. In Genalguacil, we have continued preparing for this important gathering.
The challenges facing our villages
We also discussed the issues that concern our municipalities: services, daily life, heritage, tourism, and how to keep our villages vibrant places all year round.
Reflections on the summer
The summer also took up part of the conversation. We shared experiences regarding the arrival of visitors, the activity in our villages, and the lessons learned from one of the busiest times of the year.
The Club de los Más Bonitos
The Club de los Más Bonitos also had its place. We talked about how to continue promoting this community, its benefits, and the new possibilities it offers to discover our villages and enjoy every visit even more.
Telling our story better
Social media and communication are an increasingly important part of our daily lives. We shared ideas so that each village can better tell its stories, its activities, and everything that makes it special.
A closer-knit network
We also discussed the work of regional associations and how this organization, closer to the territory, can help share projects, needs, and initiatives among municipalities.
The conversation continues
From Genalguacil to Llerena, and with Alcúdia on the horizon
The meeting in Genalguacil has ended, but the work continues. The next Southern Regional Assembly will be held in Llerena, Badajoz, while the entire network already has its sights set on Alcúdia, where we will celebrate our National Assembly from October 23rd to 25th.
We continue to meet, share experiences, and work so that our villages remain places to visit, enjoy, and, above all, live in.
