Birdwatching, and enjoying nature in general, are activities that support nature conservation, boost the local economy, and have positive effects on those who participate in them.

In Morella, several areas and trails have been designated for birdwatching, all located on public land that is easily accessible and easy to navigate. Informational signs have been installed in each of these areas, providing details about the most commonly observed bird species found there.

It is recommended that you remain quiet so as not to disturb the wildlife, stay on the designated paths in each area—which usually follow forest roads and marked trails—wear comfortable shoes, and bring water and sunscreen during the summer months, as well as binoculars (8x or 10x magnification) and field guides to help identify the birds you spot.
