These terms and conditions govern the participation of establishments (“businesses”) in the Club LPMBE directory and programs, including the FREE, Premium Club LPMBE, and Club LPMBE Selection plans.
The program allows businesses in the network (or, in exceptional cases, those outside the network under the Selection plan) to publish their listing, offer benefits to Club members, and, for paid plans, access expanded features. LPMBE may reject applications or remove businesses whose information is false, falls outside the scope of the program, or violates these terms and conditions.
FREE: Basic participation at no cost in network towns, with a standard profile. PREMIUM: Paid subscription (monthly or annual) with expanded features based on the current settings at /para-negocios. SELECTION: Annual program for exceptional businesses, subject to application and prior approval.
The business guarantees the accuracy of its information, the license to publish text and images, and compliance with applicable regulations (hospitality, retail, consumer protection, etc.). It must honor the offers and discounts published for Club members under the terms specified in each promotion.
The specific terms and conditions for each discount or gift (validity, one-time use, applicable days, etc.) are configured in the business profile. The business is responsible for applying them at the point of sale. LPMBE acts as an intermediary to increase visibility and does not guarantee customer volume or resolve commercial disputes between the business and the partner, without prejudice to disciplinary measures for serious breaches.
If the business enables reservation requests through LPMBE, it will receive the customer’s information to confirm the request. The business is responsible for processing that data as the data controller with respect to its relationship with the end customer. Requests sent through the platform do not constitute a binding reservation until expressly confirmed by the business.
By uploading photos, text, and logos, the business grants LPMBE a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to reproduce them on the association’s website, app, and promotional materials for the duration of its participation. The business retains ownership of its content and may request its removal upon cancellation, subject to any legal obligations to retain such content.
Payment plans may include “Premium Club LPMBE” or “Club LPMBE Selection” designations. Their use is limited to promoting the business as an active participant in the program and must cease upon cancellation of the plan or termination of membership.
Payment plans are billed through Stripe and automatically renew unless canceled. The prices published at /for-businesses take precedence over previous communications in the event of any discrepancy. Failure to pay or a renewal failure may result in automatic downgrade to the FREE plan and the loss of premium features.
To provide peace of mind to businesses that sign up for the annual Premium plan, LPMBE offers a 30-calendar-day satisfaction guarantee starting from the plan’s activation date: If the business is not satisfied, it may request cancellation and a full refund of the annual amount paid by emailing info@lospueblosmasbonitosdeespana.org. The refund will be processed via the same payment method (Stripe). This is a voluntary commercial guarantee and is in addition to the rights granted to consumers by law. It does not apply to the monthly plan or to individual social media products that have already been published or are in production.
The business may request withdrawal at any time. LPMBE may terminate membership due to serious breach, fraud, conduct contrary to the association’s values, or repeated nonpayment. Upon withdrawal, the benefits of the plan and the license to use the association’s logos cease, without prejudice to the retention of records required by law.
LPMBE processes the business owner's data to manage their profile, contract, and operational communications. For reservations, the business acts as the data controller with respect to end customers' data. Contact: legal@lospueblosmasbonitosdeespana.org — Privacy Policy: /privacy.
