These terms and conditions govern the participation of establishments (“businesses”) in the Club LPMBE directory and programs, including the FREE, Premium Club LPMBE, Singular LPMBE, and Club LPMBE Selection plans.
The program allows businesses in the network’s towns (and, in the Singular and Selection programs, also those outside the network) to publish their profile, offer benefits to Club members, and, with paid plans, access expanded features. LPMBE may reject applications or remove businesses whose information is false, falls outside the network’s scope, or violates these terms.
FREE: Basic participation at no cost for businesses in the network’s towns. The listing is published once it includes at least one photo, its location on the map, and a benefit for Club members. PREMIUM: Paid subscription, monthly or annual, exclusively for businesses in the network’s towns. The annual plan also includes the official physical plaque. The one-hour consultation, mentions in town publications, and collaborative posts are provided upon the business’s request, within the annual quota of its plan. SINGULAR: An annual program for unique accommodations and experiences throughout Spain, subject to application and prior approval. SELECTION: An annual program for exceptional businesses throughout Spain, subject to application and prior approval. Includes a listing in the next edition of the official printed guide. The benefits of each plan are those published on /para-negocios on the date of enrollment. For Singular, Selection, and plans granted by application, the team reviews the listing before publishing it.
The business guarantees the accuracy of its information, the license to publish text and images, and compliance with applicable regulations (hospitality, retail, consumer protection, etc.). It must honor the offers and discounts published for Club members under the terms specified in each promotion.
The specific terms and conditions for each discount or gift (validity, one-time use, applicable days, etc.) are configured in the business profile. The business is responsible for applying them at the point of sale. LPMBE acts as an intermediary to increase visibility and does not guarantee customer volume or resolve commercial disputes between the business and the partner, without prejudice to disciplinary measures for serious breaches.
If the business enables reservation requests through LPMBE, it will receive the customer’s information to confirm the request. The business is responsible for processing that data as the data controller with respect to its relationship with the end customer. Requests sent through the platform do not constitute a binding reservation until expressly confirmed by the business.
By uploading photos, text, and logos, the business grants LPMBE a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to reproduce them on the association’s website, app, and promotional materials for the duration of its participation. The business retains ownership of its content and may request its removal upon cancellation, subject to any legal obligations to retain such content.
Payment plans may include the “Premium Club LPMBE,” “Singular LPMBE,” or “Club LPMBE Selection” designations. Their use is limited to promoting the business as an active participant in the program and must cease upon the plan’s expiration or cancellation. The physical plaque included with the Annual Premium, Singular, and Selection plans is provided for display while the plan is active. Upon the plan’s expiration, the business must remove it from public view.
All published prices include VAT. The prices published at /para-negocios take precedence over previous communications in the event of a discrepancy. Credit card payment: Charges are processed through Stripe, with automatic renewal at the end of each period unless canceled. Stripe issues the invoice with the tax information (tax ID number and address) provided by the business at the time of payment. Payment by bank transfer: available for subscription-based plans. Coverage lasts for 12 months from the payment date and does not renew automatically: LPMBE will notify the business before the expiration date and issue the corresponding invoice. If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it, and LPMBE will notify the business. If the non-payment is not resolved, the plan may be downgraded to the FREE plan, resulting in the loss of paid features. Changes to the plan or billing frequency (for example, from monthly to annual) can be requested by emailing asociacion@lospueblosmasbonitosdeespana.org and will be applied without duplicate charges.
Payment plans do not include a refund guarantee. The amount paid covers the contracted period (the month, the year, or the 12 months of payment via bank transfer) and is not refunded, either in full or in part, upon cancellation. If the cancellation is due to a billing error on LPMBE’s part (for example, a duplicate charge), the overcharge will be refunded via the same payment method.
The business may request cancellation at any time by writing to asociacion@lospueblosmasbonitosdeespana.org. For plans with automatic renewal, cancellation stops the renewal: the plan remains active until the end of the prepaid period and then switches to the FREE plan. For payments made by bank transfer, simply do not renew. LPMBE may terminate membership due to serious breach of contract, fraud, conduct contrary to the association’s values, or repeated nonpayment. Upon cancellation, the plan’s benefits and the license to use the association’s logos cease, and the business must remove the physical plaque from public view, without prejudice to retaining records required by law.

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. As this is a relationship between businesses/professionals, the parties agree to submit any dispute arising from these terms and conditions to the courts of the province of Barcelona, unless a mandatory provision provides otherwise.
Current version: v2 — September 28, 2026. LPMBE may update these terms and conditions. Relevant changes will be communicated via email to businesses with an active plan and will take effect upon the next renewal. The version accepted by each business is recorded along with the date of acceptance.
