13th Patios Tour

Villanueva de los Infantes is preparing to celebrate another edition of its now-traditional Ruta de los Patios, which this year marks its 13th edition and will take place on October 10, 11, 12, 17, and 18.

The Campo de Montiel – Origen del Quijote Platform, the organizer of this initiative, has unveiled the official poster for this 13th edition, designed by artist and creative director Lucía Jiménez (@luciajimprez). Through a personal and meticulous artistic vision, the illustration brings together some of the most representative elements of the patios, heritage, and culture of Villanueva de los Infantes. It is a design crafted with care, attention to detail, and its own unique personality, seeking to convey the essence of a celebration that has become a staple on the town’s cultural and tourist calendar.

Over the course of these days, residents and visitors will be able to discover and enjoy more than twenty patios—most of them private—in an event that will once again combine culture, heritage, music, gastronomy, and tradition, highlighting one of the most characteristic elements of the town’s traditional architecture.

The full program for the 13th Courtyard Tour will be announced shortly, featuring activities and events that will immerse the public in the world of the Golden Age through poetry, music, and theater in the courtyards, which will be transformed into unparalleled performance spaces during the festival. History and gastronomy will also take center stage during this event, which attracts thousands of visitors each year.
