Evento: 17 Oct 2026 — 18 Oct 2026
On October 17 and 18, 2026, Culla will travel back to the year 1233 to celebrate the 8th Culla 1233 Historical Reenactment, an event that will transform its medieval streets and corners into a setting brimming with history, tradition, and spectacle.
Throughout the weekend, residents and visitors alike will be able to immerse themselves in the Middle Ages through a comprehensive program of activities, including a medieval market, historical encampments, thrilling battle reenactments, parades of period characters, live music, and family-friendly activities.
This celebration commemorates one of the most significant episodes in the town’s history: the Christian conquest of Culla by Blasco de Alagón, as part of James I’s campaigns, as well as the subsequent presence of the Knights Templar, which left a profound mark on the town’s heritage and identity.
With its cobblestone streets, traditional architecture, and medieval legacy as a backdrop, Culla will offer a unique experience to discover what life was like in the 13th century. It’s an opportunity to experience history firsthand, learn about the customs of the era, and enjoy a weekend filled with culture, entertainment, and activities for all ages.
