The municipality of Teguise (Lanzarote) continues to offer a varied cultural program throughout the month of October 2026, with proposals that combine music, theater, performing arts, and popular traditions. An agenda organized across different cultural spaces in the municipality that invites residents and visitors to enjoy activities for all audiences.

Throughout the month, Teguise has hosted various cultural gatherings, highlights of which include the concert by pianist Laura Farré, the performance by Olga Cerpa and Mestisay, the Lanzarote Audiovisual Fest, and the artistic proposal Cuadros que suenan, by Aceró. The program has also included activities dedicated to equality, the commemoration of Rural Women, and audiovisual meetings such as Insularia Teguise.

To bid farewell to October, the municipality proposes two events that highlight both the performing arts and Canarian traditions: the theatrical performance «Qué diablos» and the celebration of the Noche de Finaos.

On Friday, October 30, the Municipal Theater will be the stage for the play Qué diablos, a proposal that will allow the public to enjoy an afternoon dedicated to theater and culture. The performance will have free admission, encouraging residents and visitors to access the municipality's cultural activities.

Meanwhile, on Saturday, October 31, the Plaza de la Constitución will host the traditional Noche de Finaos, a celebration deeply rooted in Canarian culture and linked to the remembrance of deceased loved ones. This tradition, which historically brought together family and neighbors to share memories, stories, and typical seasonal products, constitutes an important expression of the cultural heritage and collective memory of the islands.

With these two proposals, Teguise will close a month dedicated to culture, citizen participation, and the preservation of its traditions.
