An institutional and commemorative event in honor of Antonio de Quintanilla, the last governor of Chiloé and a native of Pámanes, organized by the Liérganes City Council in collaboration with the Chile-Spain Foundation and the Institute of Military History and Culture. The local program includes an institutional session recognizing his historical legacy and the unveiling of a plaque on a monolith erected in his memory.
