Olivenza once again opens its doors to mystery, literature, and traditions in a new edition of the Night of the Dead, which will be held from October 24 to November 1, with a program organized by the Círculo del Ludófago, in collaboration with the Olivenza City Council.

This year, the event pays tribute to the Sevillian writer Gustavo Adolfo Bécquer (1836–1870), one of the great figures of Spanish Romantic literature, whose work made legends, ghosts, impossible love, and the supernatural an essential part of our literary imagination.

In this edition, the Círculo del Ludófago celebrates its 11th anniversary by promoting reading and horror literature in Olivenza, inviting visitors to enjoy a program where gastronomy, film, games, and literature come together to celebrate the most mysterious side of autumn.
