Summer can be experienced in many ways, but it always leaves us with a memory that we want to cherish. Starting today, August 1, 2026, the Association of Spain’s Most Beautiful Towns is launching “Summer Photo, ” a free contest to share that special moment and discover summer through the eyes of our community.

Your summer. Your perspective. A story worth sharing.

You can photograph one of the towns in the network or any other spot that’s part of your summer. Submit your photo, share it, and vote for the photos that move you the most.

ONE MONTH TO ENTER AND VOTE

August 1–31: Summer as seen by our community

Entries and voting are open from August 1 at 12:00 a.m. until August 31 at 11:59 p.m ., Spanish peninsular time. The judging panel will announce its decision, and the winners will be announced on September 7, 2026 .

ENTERING IS FREE

One photo with your free account; up to five if you’re a Club member

You just need to be at least 18 years old and have an account. Registered users can submit 1 photo; Club members with an active membership can submit up to 5 photos. All images are reviewed by the community before being entered into the contest.

TWO CATEGORIES · TEN PRIZES

Five jury prizes and five audience prizes

The jury will select five photos, and the final ranking based on votes will award another five. A single photo and a single participant may only receive one of the ten prizes.

The same list of winners in both categories

Each prize will be awarded once based on the jury’s decision and once based on the public’s ranking.

1ST PRIZE: One-night getaway with dinner One night with dinner for two people at a quality lodging in one of our towns or the surrounding area.
2nd PRIZE : One-Night Getaway One night’s hotel stay for two people, room-only.
3rd PRIZE Map-Guide Combo and Pins The network’s official Map-Guide and collectible pins, with free shipping within Spain.
4th PRIZE: Official Guidebook Official guidebook for “The Most Beautiful Towns in Spain,” with home delivery.
5th PRIZE: Official Guidebook The official guidebook for “The Most Beautiful Villages in Spain,” with home delivery.

Getaways are subject to availability and exclude blackout dates. The winner will have one month from notification to provide their choice of destination and date. Travel expenses are not included.

HOW TO ENTER

Three steps and your photo is entered in the contest

Create an account or log in. Registration is free. To vote, your email must be verified.

Upload a photo of your summer. It can be from a town in the network or from somewhere else. Add a caption and select the location.

Wait for approval and share it. Once the team approves it, it will appear in the gallery and can receive votes.

YOU GET TO DECIDE, TOO

Vote for as many photos as you like

Each user can cast one vote per photo and support as many images as they wish. You cannot vote for your own photo, and fraudulent votes will be invalidated. The rankings are updated in real time throughout the contest.
