Peñíscola’s main festivals have been declared of National Tourist Interest and Assets of Cultural Interest (BIC). Highlights include the ancient dances performed before the patron saint, the Moors and Christians Dance-Battle in the Plaza de Armas, religious ceremonies, bullfighting events, and musical performances.
