The Fiesta del Sejo is traditionally celebrated in honor of the Virgen del Manzano and is one of the most deeply rooted celebrations in Castrojeriz.

Procession towards the Colegiata. Parade of the Peña Virgen del Manzano from their headquarters to the Colegiata, accompanied by the Dulzaineros de Castrillo de Murcia group.

Popular appetizer after the Novena, promoted by the Amigos del Patrimonio Association with the collaboration of the residents of Castrojeriz.
