Are you passionate about local history and ethnography? This Saturday, September 12, at 12:00 p.m., the Town Hall will host the lecture “Traditional Attire in Alpuente Through the Lens of Nicomedes Cortés,” a must-attend event that will take us on a journey into the roots of our town through historical photography.
To unravel all the secrets of the traditional clothing of that era, we’ll feature a distinguished panel of leading experts:
Marcos León, an expert researcher in the field.
Enrique Borobio, representative of the Provincial Museum of Traditional Costume in Soria.
Javier Marco and Pablo Martínez, researchers at the Municipal Museum of Requena.
A unique opportunity to understand how our ancestors dressed, analyzed through the unique and historical perspective of Nicomedes Cortés’s photographic archive.
We look forward to seeing you there as we continue to preserve and highlight our cultural heritage!
