Natural resources from all over Spain: the Club brings together waterfalls, scenic overlooks, beaches, caves, forests, gorges, and other landscapes in the “Rural/Natural Resources” catalog. It’s not just a list of towns from “The Most Beautiful Towns in Spain”: it’s geolocated nature that you can explore, filter, and—in the app—mark as visited with “I’m here.”
Geolocated nature on the web (and beyond the city limits)
In the product, this is called Rural/Natural Resources. These are RecursoTuristico listings validated by geolocation (GEO or BOTH): waterfalls, viewpoints, beaches, lakes, rivers and gorges, caves, forests, parks and scenic areas, trails… The Club catalog combines resources from network villages and association resources (nationwide scope), many with a “nearest network village.”

Filter by type: Waterfall, Viewpoint, Beach, Cave, Forest, River/Gorge, Lake, Scenic Area, Natural Park, and more catalog tags.
No QR code at the site
Unlike many tourist attractions in town, here you check in on the app by tapping “I’m here” when you’re within the radius.
Link to the network
The profile guides you to a nearby certified town (such as Albarracín, Frías, Peñíscola, or Cudillero) so you can combine nature with a visit to the town.

Text Search
Type part of the name of the location or associated town to narrow down the list.
Autonomous Community and Province
Filter by autonomous community and, subsequently, by province. There is no filter by region (North/Central/East/South) in this catalog.
Category
Choose waterfall, viewpoint, beach, cave… based on the published categories. The counts change with the catalog: we do not lock in figures.
Nearest (app)
In the app, you can sort by proximity to your location. On the Club’s website, the focus is on searching/filtering; on-site validation is done via mobile.
The complete catalog belongs to the Club
Some public resource listings (including nature-related and association-related entries) can be viewed on the website. The national list of Rural / Natural Resources, with filters and GPS validation, is designed for members of the Club de los más Bonitos.
No Membership Required
You can find public listings at /resources (note: that section is also labeled as “tourist resources” and mixes different types). This is not the complete Club GEO catalog.
With an active Club membership
Open “Rural/Natural Resources”: search, filter by autonomous community/province/category, read directions and view the map, and tap “I’m here” in the app.
Points and Coins
A validated GEO visit earns points (and coins according to the Club’s current rules). The exact values are determined by the gamification settings; we don’t make up numbers here.

Some listings may be for members only: without a membership, you’ll see a preview and the Club’s pitch, but not the full details.
Directions, map, and “I’m Here”
Location details
Name, description, photos, province/autonomous community, map or coordinates, directions (“How to Get There”), and link to Maps.
Validation in the app
On your phone, within the location’s radius, tap “I’m here — log visit.” On the website, you’ll see a prompt to validate via the app.
Coverage
GPS can determine your location without a data connection; however, you’ll need a connection to register your visit. If there’s no signal, the app will ask you to try again later.
Clear boundaries
The “Nature in {town}” pages are editorial content for the town, not the GEO catalog of natural resources.
/resources on the public website combine different categories and do not replace the Club’s Rural / Natural Resources.
Validating a RRNN via GPS does not automatically mean stamping a passport collection. These are separate steps.

Where is the catalog?
On the Club’s website: /my-account/club/rural-resources. In the app: Rural / Natural Resources. You need an active membership to view the complete list.
Is this the same as “Nature” in the town menu?
No. The /nature/[town] section is editorial content. This catalog consists of geolocated entries with GPS validation.
Can I validate my location from a computer?
No. The “I’m here” validation must be done in the app, on-site. The website shows you the entry and prompts you to validate it on your phone.
Is there a national map included in this catalog?
The catalog is a list with filters. The Club’s exploration map has nature layers (a separate product). The app also includes “What’s Near Me.”
What about G12 “Nature in Every Town”?
G12 focuses on natural resources linked to a specific town. This guide is the complete national catalog.
How many resources are there?
The number changes as entries are published or archived. Check the live counter in the catalog; we don’t use a fixed “over a thousand” figure in this guide.
