In the Club of Spain’s Most Beautiful Towns, you don’t just collect a number—you earn a title. Each verified visit brings you one step closer up the ranks—from “Visitor with a Map” to “Grand Master of the Rural Council”— and turns exploration into a recognizable identity.
Twenty ranks, one criterion: verified exploration
G20 explained the difference between rank points and coins. G21 focuses on the hierarchy: how to read your current rank, how many points are needed for the next one, and what the final step requires. Don’t confuse this with the traveler levels on your main account.

Village Ranks, from Bronze to Platinum
In the app, “The Club’s Rankings” displays the twenty ranks grouped into four tiers: Bronze (1–5), Silver (6–10), Gold (11–15) and Platinum (16–20). Each rank has a masculine and feminine name, a verified point threshold, and its own illustration.
Current rank, points, and next rank
On the website, /my-account/club summarizes your rank in the member hub. From there, you can view the complete ranking system. The page /my-account/club/ranks adds the “Your Current Status ” section: tier, verified points, and how many are needed to reach the next one.
Verified exploration only
The leaderboard is powered by the same rank points explained by G20:
- Visits to towns in the network with verified GPS.
- Tourist attractions (QR) and natural attractions (GEO) within the Club.
- First visit to each Club business (with a rank cap per business).
- Validated Club events and, when applicable, bonuses for completing a town’s tourist resources.
Manual visits, repeat visits to businesses that only award coins, in-store purchases, or non-gamified POIs or multi-experiences do not increase your rank. Redeeming coins does not lower your rank either.
Grand Master of the Rural Council
Rank 20 requires reaching the verified points threshold and having visited all villages in the network via GPS (except for hidden internal records). If any villages are missing, the system keeps you at rank 19 even if you already have the points. The UI summarizes this as points plus “all villages via GPS.”
The leaderboard is for members
Viewing rank progress and the complete list in the Club product requires an active membership , not just an account. On the web, /my-account/club/ranks verifies that you are a member; in the app, the Club’s gamification profile loads when your membership is active.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many tiers are there?
Twenty, grouped into Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The thresholds are defined in the product settings and can be adjusted based on actual usage data.
Are traveler levels the same?
No. Traveler levels are tied to the general account and include manual visits. The Club ranking only counts verified exploration.
Does a manual visit move me up a rank?
No. Only verified GPS data and Club QR/GEO validations count.
What does it take to reach rank 20?
You must reach the verified points threshold and have visited all the towns in the network via GPS. If any towns are missing, you’ll remain at rank 19.
Do I need to be a member?
Yes, to view your progress and the leaderboard on the Club’s screens. An active membership is the standard way to access this experience.
Does redeeming coins lower my rank?
No. Rank measures verified exploration; coins are the in-game currency (G20).
