Rewards, coupons, and digital gifts
Find out how to redeem your Club coins for rewards, coupon codes, and digital content that stays in your account.
Club coins aren't just a decorative counter. When you have a balance, you can redeem it for real rewards: coupon codes, digital packs from the recipe book, and other perks that the association makes available in the catalog.
A dynamic catalog, not a static list
In the app or on your web account, you’ll see your active rewards, your coin balance, and whether you have enough balance for any tokens. The association can add, pause, or remove prizes without asking you to update anything.
Cost in coins
Each reward indicates how many coins it costs. If you don’t have enough, the card shows you how many you’re short. Redeeming a reward deducts the cost from your wallet.
Stock and Limits
Some rewards have limited quantities or a maximum per member. If they’re out of stock or you’ve already reached the limit, the app will clearly let you know.
Terms
Read the name, description, and instructions. That’s where you’ll find how to use the reward, whether it expires, and whether digital content requires you to keep your Club membership active.
Coupons, digital items, and more when they become available
Coupon with code
After redeeming, you’ll receive a unique code that you can show or hide. Use it by following the instructions for that reward and mark it as used when appropriate.
Digital Gift
Packs and recipes are unlocked for you to redeem via a personal link. This is not a public page: you can access them again from My Coupons.
Welcome Pack
When you activate your membership, you’ll receive a welcome recipe pack without spending any coins. It’s not available for purchase in the catalog—it’s granted upon sign-up.
Other Rewards
The system supports experiences, products, or other categories when the association makes them available. If they’re out of stock or inactive, they won’t appear as redeemable.
How to redeem a reward
From the Club in the app or under My Account → Club → Rewards and Perks on the website.
Check the cost, balance, availability, and terms. If you don’t have enough coins, the item will let you know.
You need an active membership. When you confirm, the coins are deducted and your coupon is generated.
There you’ll find the code, the expiration date (if applicable), and access to the digital content.
"My Coupons" is your redemption archive
Your balance decreases when you redeem. Your visits and validations remain in your history; only the amount you can spend changes.
Redeemed rewards are listed in My Coupons / My Redemptions, along with their status, code, and digital access (if applicable).
Some coupons expire. If they expire, the coins aren’t automatically returned. Only a redemption that’s canceled or refunded by the association will restore your balance.
How to earn coins is explained in the Club’s coin guide. Here, the focus is on spending them wisely: choosing, redeeming, and using them.
What You Need and What Doesn’t Happen
You can browse the catalog while logged in, but confirming a redemption requires an active Club membership. Some digital titles also require you to maintain your membership to unlock the content again.
If a reward is out of stock or you’ve already redeemed it the maximum number of times, you won’t be able to redeem it again until those conditions change.
Using coins on a store order is a separate process. Here, we’re talking about the Rewards catalog and My Coupons.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where are "Rewards" and "My Coupons"?
In the app, within the Club. On the website: My Account → Club → Rewards and Prizes, and My Coupons / My Redemptions. They’re the same history section with two common names.
Do I need to be a member to redeem?
Yes. Confirming a redemption requires an active membership. Without it, you can view the catalog if you’re logged in, but you can’t complete the redemption.
Will I receive an email with the coupon?
No. The redemption appears in “My Coupons,” along with the code and digital access, if applicable. It does not depend on an automated email.
What digital packs are available now?
There are recipe book packs with approximate costs ranging from 120 to 240 coins, typically one redemption per member. The Welcome Pack is awarded upon sign-up and cannot be purchased from the catalog.
If the coupon expires, will I get my coins back?
Not automatically. Coins from an expired coupon do not return to your wallet. Only a redemption that is canceled or refunded by the association restores your balance.
Is this the same as paying with coins in the store?
No. The store is another way to use coins. This guide covers the Rewards Catalog and the coupons you keep after redeeming.
