"Plan Your Weekend" is the dynamic calendar for Spain's Most Beautiful Towns in Spain: see, at a glance, what events are happening across the network over the next few days—without having to go from town to town. It’s available on the website and in the app; it’s public and doesn’t require membership in the Club of the Most Beautiful Towns.
An online calendar, not a town-by-town search engine
The system aggregates published events (event-type content and town-level events) that fall within Planifica’s time frame: from Monday of this week through Sunday of the following week—about fourteen days—so you can plan your weekend without missing what comes right after.
Association and Towns
Above, you’ll see the association’s events. Below, those from the towns in the network, divided into the four official regions.
Fact Sheet with the Essentials
Cover image, dates, title, town (and province), a summary, and the “See More” link to the full details or the town’s news.
Up to two per town
The overview displays a maximum of two events per town. If there are more, the message “There are more events in…” appears, along with a link to that town’s complete list.
Association, North, Central, East, and South
The network is organized into the same four regions used by the assemblies and the guide: North, Central, East, and South. In Planifica, “Association” remains fixed at the top; the order of the four regions rotates every Monday so that no single region consistently occupies the top spot on the list.
Association
Association events (not tied to a specific town). These always appear at the top of the page; they are not included in the weekly rotation.

Every Monday (UTC), the order of the four sections shifts one position forward. The content remains the same; only the region you see first changes.
Same logic as the network
An event is assigned to a region based on the town’s municipality and province, following the official rules (for example, Burgos/Palencia/León in the North).
Proximity, autonomous community, and province
In addition to browsing the sections by region, you can narrow down the calendar to your area. There isn’t a free-form calendar where you can “choose any month”: the window is defined by the backend; you choose where to look.
Proximity (GPS)
With location permission enabled, the view sorts events by distance from the town where the event is taking place. On the interface, the button may say “Nearby Towns”: in practice, it sorts the event calendar, not a separate list of towns.
Autonomous Community
The drop-down menu only shows autonomous communities that have events in the current window. When you select one, the list is filtered to show only those towns.
Province
After (or next to) the Autonomous Community, you can filter by province. The options are based on the loaded events; it does not invent provinces that have no events.
Find a plan for this weekend
Web: /planifica/weekend (also from the Planifica hub → Weekend). App: “Weekend” / “Events” tab or chip.
Start with “Association” and then select the region you’re interested in. The order—North, Central, East, and South—changes every Monday.
Use GPS proximity, or select an autonomous community and province to see only events in your area.
Click “See More” or, if there are more than two events in a town, go to the full list for that town.
Clear boundaries to avoid confusion
Build an itinerary with a starting point, destination, and stops. Plan a weekend showing only events from the calendar.
The AI suggests plans through conversation using credits. There’s no chat here—just a list of published events.
Romantic Night, Christmas, and Holy Week each have their own pages. They only appear here if they’re also published as events in the window.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where can I find “Plan Your Weekend”?
On the website: /planifica/fin-de-semana (Planifica hub → Weekend). In the app: the “Weekend” tab or the “Weekend” events section.
Does it only show Saturday and Sunday?
The view covers from Monday of this week through Sunday of the following week (about fourteen days), so you can plan your weekend with plenty of time to spare. Additionally, an event stops showing if it has already ended or exceeds the maximum number of days starting from Monday of its own week.
Do I need to be a Club member?
No. The calendar is public. The Club offers other tools (routes, AI, map, membership card) that you can use after choosing a plan.
Can I choose any date on a calendar?
No. There’s no free-form date picker: you’ll see what’s available in the “Plan” window. To filter, use proximity, autonomous community, or province.
Is this the same as “Create Your Route” or the AI?
No. “Create Your Route” builds an itinerary; the AI converses and makes suggestions. “Plan Your Weekend” is the network’s events calendar.
Why does the order of the regions sometimes change?
Every Monday, the order of North, Central, East, and South rotates. “Association” remains at the top. This way, all areas get a turn in the spotlight.
