The Community: Share Your Favorite Spot
A space to share photos of the towns in the network and other places. Open to any account; the Club is expanding its membership and opportunities.
In "The Most Beautiful Towns in Spain," the Community is the place where travelers share photos from the web and from "Other Corners." You don't need to be a member to join—all you need is an account. The Club expands your upload limit and opportunities to participate in contests.
A shared album of the villages
On /community, you can view the feed, react, comment, and discover hidden gems through other people. Each photo includes a location, an author, and is reviewed before being published. It’s not a GPS visit log or a private map—it’s the community’s living gallery.
Open the feed with your account and log in to view photos, authors, and reactions.

Photos, Author, and Location
Once you’re logged in, the feed shows photos that have been approved and marked to appear in the Community. Each card displays the image, the town, or “Other Places,” the author’s name, and—if their profile allows it—their rank and achievements. You can leave up to two different reactions, comment once per photo, and report content that violates the rules.
Share a spot
From /my-account/community/photos or the “Upload Photo” button, you open the form. Choose a town from the network or “Other Spots,” add an optional caption, select the image, and authorize promotional use. The photo remains pending until an administrator reviews it. It is automatically optimized, and EXIF metadata is removed; the image’s GPS coordinates are not used to validate a visit.
- With an account: 1 photo per town, 3 in “Other Corners,” 20 per day, and 129 active in total.
- With an active Club membership: 10 per town, 100 in “Other Spots,” 100 per day, and 500 active photos.
- These limits protect the quality of the gallery: no one can upload without restriction.
The photo, full screen
From the feed, you can open the photo in full size to view it at your leisure. The location and context of the submission remain visible there. It’s the same actual image of the product, not a recreation.
More capacity, not access
Anyone with an account can view the feed, upload, react, and comment. Being a Club member doesn’t open the door—it’s already open. What changes is the scope: more photos per town, more space in “Other Corners,” more daily uploads, and more opportunities in contests. What This Page Does Not Promise
- This is not a space reserved for Club members.
- It doesn’t verify that you were there or log a GPS visit.
- It does not automatically publish all photos: they are reviewed.
- It does not replace your personal map or validation history (G23).
- It does not go into detail about rankings or contests: that’s G26.
Common Questions
Do I need to be a member to join the Community?
No. With a free account, you can view the feed, upload photos, react, and comment. The Club expands your access.
Can I upload photos of places that aren’t part of the network’s certified towns?
Yes. Select “Other Places” when the photo isn’t from a town certified by the association.
When does my photo appear in the feed?
Once an administrator approves it and marks it for the feed. In the meantime, it remains pending in your album.
Are reactions unlimited?
You can leave up to two different types of reactions per photo. There are no comment threads: one comment per person per photo.
Does uploading a photo count as a Club visit?
No. The Community doesn’t use the image’s GPS to validate routes or earn rank points.
Where are trending topics and contests explained?
In G26. This page focuses on sharing, tagging locations and authors, reactions, and reviews.
