How credits work

Monthly access to the AI currently includes 150 credits. The counter is shared across the website and app and resets on the 1st of each month.

Extra credits do not expire. They are used after the monthly credits and remain linked to your account.

Safety cap: The total usage limit is 300 credits per member per month, even with top-ups.

If a query fails due to a technical issue before it is completed, the system refunds the credits used for that attempt. Club coins cannot be used to pay for the AI or its top-ups.

What’s the difference between Quick, Detailed, and Planner?

Quick answers specific questions for 1 credit; Detailed provides more context for 2; Planner builds complex routes or trips for 5.

Can the AI see my coins and my visits?

Yes, when you ask a question from your account, it can check your balance, rank, visits, achievements, rewards, and redemptions to personalize the response. You don’t need to copy that information into the chat.

Are my conversations saved?

Yes, chats are linked to your account so you can pick them up later. You can open or delete them from your history. Avoid sharing sensitive personal information.

Can I control what it remembers about me?

Yes. Ask what it remembers, tell it to forget a specific preference, or have it delete all of them. Long-term memory is used to improve future recommendations.

Do monthly credits roll over?

No. Your monthly balance resets on the 1st. Any extra credits you purchase do carry over and are used once your monthly credits run out.

Can I pay for the AI with coins?
