Club Coins: Travel, Earn, and Redeem
Find out what Club Coins are, how to earn them while traveling, and how to use them to unlock rewards.
Some trips end when you return home. And then there are trips that, in addition to memories, leave their mark on your profile. At the Club de los Más Bonitos, visiting real places can boost your career and fill a travel wallet designed to help you keep enjoying yourself.
What are coins?
They’re the Club’s digital loyalty currency. You earn them through real, verified actions, and you can use them for rewards, coupons, digital gifts, or compatible products.
You don’t have to buy coins. The idea is to earn them by traveling, checking in, and participating. They are not money, a cryptocurrency, nor can they be converted to cash.
Points and coins are not the same thing
A single visit can contribute to both, but each counter serves a different purpose and the amounts don’t necessarily have to match.
They track your verified journey and help you advance through the Club’s ranks.
Progress that sticksThey make up your wallet and are deducted when you claim a reward or use them in the store.
Balance you can useHow to Earn Coins
The rule is simple: the Club rewards actions it can verify. Depending on the location, validation is done via GPS, geolocation, or QR code.
Visit towns
Tap “Geolocate Me” when you’re physically in a town in the network. A validated GPS visit currently awards between 15 and 25 coins, depending on the value set for that town.
Explore nature
Waterfalls, scenic overlooks, beaches, caves, forests, and other natural areas can be logged via geolocation upon arrival.
Explore heritage
Monuments, museums, castles, and churches can feature a Club QR code. Scanning it adds the visit to your history and can earn you rank, collections, and coins.
Visit Establishments
Club-affiliated hotels, restaurants, shops, and experiences can validate your visit via QR code and award coins according to their current rules.
Participate in events
Events with QR codes may reward verified attendance. Winning certain contests may also earn you a prize in coins.
Shop as a member
Confirmed purchases in the store can earn you a bonus. Before you pay, the checkout page shows the coins you’ll receive for the order.
What doesn’t earn you coins
A manual visit can still appear in your journal or on a traveler-level history screen, but it doesn’t count toward your verified rank or the Club wallet.
How to Spend Them
Go to Rewards and Perks. Each item lists the cost, availability, limits, and conditions before you confirm. To redeem, your membership must be active.
Use coins on compatible products
The product page and shopping cart show how much of your balance each product accepts. A physical product may accept a portion, while a digital product may accept up to the full amount. Shipping costs are always paid in euros.
A weekend that stays with you
You arrive. You geotag the town and add it to your map.
Explore. Walk to a natural viewpoint and verify the location.
Discover. Scan the QR code at a monument and make progress in a collection.
Complete. Finish the tourist activities and, if available, receive the bonus.
You enjoy. You eat at a Club establishment, take advantage of its perk, and validate your visit.
You return with photos, places on your map, rank points, your passport, and more coins in your wallet. That’s the goal: to make exploring Spain more personal, more useful, and more exciting.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are coins money or a cryptocurrency?
No. They are the Club’s digital loyalty currency. They cannot be withdrawn or converted into cash.
Can I buy coins directly?
The system is designed for you to earn them through travel, check-ins, participation, and bonus purchases—not for speculation.
Does a manual check-in earn coins?
No. It can serve as a personal keepsake, but it does not count toward verified points or Club coins.
Do points and coins always increase by the same amount?
No. Points increase your rank, and coins fill your wallet. Each action has different rules for each.
Are all rewards always available?
No. There may be dates, stock limits, member limits, or specific conditions. The current information page is always the most accurate source.
What happens if a coupon expires?
Coins do not automatically return to your wallet. Only a canceled or refunded redemption returns the balance, so it’s a good idea to check the expiration date before confirming.
