Casa Fuentes Reinventing the Técula Mécula

The Casa Fuentes bakery is reinventing its most famous dessert, transforming it into a gourmet chocolate.

The project is part of the first edition of FoodLab, a program promoted by the National Agri-Food Technology Center (Ctaex) and funded by the Regional Government of Extremadura to help companies and entrepreneurs develop new products using food technology.
