SPRING FAIR 2026

It has its origins in the traditional Andalusian livestock fairs, and today the fair remains closely tied to this tradition through the concurrent “Cattle and Horse” Breed Show, which has gained widespread support in the province and has become Andalusia’s premier livestock fair.

The Vejer Spring Fair is known as the first fair in Spain. It takes place two weeks after Holy Week, from Wednesday to Sunday, at the “La Noria” Fairgrounds, located in the new part of Vejer.

During these days, a wide-ranging program of activities takes place, including: a children’s parade (Thursday), regional dance competitions, Women’s Day (Friday), horseback rides, sports competitions, concerts… fun and a great atmosphere guaranteed.
