The ingredients for this dish are: water, flour, olive oil, a bunch of Swiss chard, garlic, frigate mackerel, and salt.
Preparation:
Swiss chard: Clean, chop, and boil. Sauté with garlic and oil.
Frigate mackerel: Clean and boil. Change the water and boil again.
Minxo: Boil water, and when it starts to boil, add salt, oil, and flour.
Stir the dough to prevent lumps. Form the dough into balls and roll them out into oval shapes. Place the Swiss chard and frigate mackerel in the center and cover with the same dough. Fry each portion.
