Medieval fortress linked to the Monastery of Celanova. It was partly demolished during the Irmandiñas revolts of 1467 and then rebuilt. It is accessed from the second floor through a semicircular arched doorway. It is the most outstanding defensive element of the village of Vilanova dos Infantes.
