It was built in the seventeenth century around the medieval parish church, which retains part of its Gothic layout, especially visible in its beautiful archivolt doorway, with virtuous decoration, besides hosting inside one of the wonders of the art of Rubielos: the fantastic Gothic altarpiece of the Trinity.
