Archer's Waterfall
The Arquero Waterfall, also known as "Chorrador el Arquero", and located in Linares de Mora, has a popular trail to get there from Puertominalvo. This natural wonder is named after its former owner, Domingo Arquero, who is referred to in the 13th century charter. This waterfall offers visitors the opportunity to experience breathtaking views in a serene setting. Whether you choose to drive to the waterfall or walk from the nearby village, you will not regret visiting this hidden gem. * For those who drive, simply follow the dirt road that begins at the Ermita de Santa Barbara before parking your vehicle at the abandoned farmhouse at the fork, which marks the beginning of a scenic 30-minute hike through lush vegetation to the waterfall. * Alternatively, if you prefer a more immersive adventure, consider embarking on a round trip of about 20 kilometers from the village of Puertomingalvo. As you enter on the dirt road that begins at the Ermita de Santa Barbara, after about -100 meters you will see the turnoff to the left, marked by the yellow and white marker that will guide you along the entire trail. Although long, this hike promises beautiful panoramas, as well as the opportunity to challenge yourself physically along the 700-meter steep trail.
