XV century stately fortress now converted into a visitor reception center and cultural center where we can find two informative museums about the area that made up the county of Benavente and daily life in the Renaissance castles, the Casa de Cultura de la Villa with exhibition hall, auditorium and public library, and access to all the walls and viewpoints that make up this walled enclosure.

The Mycological School offers a space dedicated to discovering and learning about the fascinating world of fungi and mushrooms, accessible both through the combined ticket and through an individual ticket. Note on opening hours: This center has a special and variable opening schedule, usually operating from Friday to Sunday depending on the season.

Located in the heart of the Historic Site, in this museum we can find the group of Giants and Big-heads of Puebla de Sanabria, a very important tradition in the traditional festivities of the town.
